SMU GPA Progress Tracker
This was originally created for personal use, and after a while, I decided to put it online for other fellow SMU students to download and use.
Download Offline GPA Progress Tracker Version 2.81
Important note: Due to changes in many cells for calculations, in order to transfer your information from the older versions, you need to copy the cells in Excel that you transfer and in the new version, Paste Special > Values in the same cells.
1. List your courses and check your term and cumulative GPA

2. Track your GPA over time

3. See the distribution and count of each grade level

4. Find out what grades you need to obtain merit and/or honours!

Version 2.6
5. Tells you how much your cumulative GPA will change based on the respective grades (e.g. you can estimate how much an A- will change your GPA).

Version 2.7
6. Tells you the changes in cumulative GPA for each term in a numerical format, which is clearer and more accurate than looking at the graphs.

7. Calculates whether you are eligible for Dean’s List for the year, or how much GPA you need in Term 2 to obtain Dean’s List.

Version 2.8
8. Now breaks down “Total CUs to Graduate” so when you now key in the number of exempted courses, credit transfers form exchange universities and pass/fail courses, the worksheet calculates the graded CUs that you have in total.

Version 2.81
Minor change in code that takes into consideration failed courses. In general, it is assumed that if you failed a course, the GPA will still be reflected/counted (e.g. 0) and you still need to retake the course or find a replacement course to take.
